These general terms and conditions govern sales made on the website www.melk-studio.com, owned by the micro-enterprise MËLK STUDIO.
They define the respective rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer in the context of an online purchase.

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
The photographs are shown for illustrative purposes only.
Each piece is designed by MËLK STUDIO and produced in limited series with partners selected for their expertise and the quality of their materials.

Article 3 – Price
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
MËLK STUDIO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the price in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Order
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 5 – Payment
Payments are made by credit card via Shopify Payments or PayPal, in a secure environment.
MËLK STUDIO never stores the customer's bank details.

Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
MËLK STUDIO cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.

Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a shipping error or product defect.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the site remain the exclusive property of MËLK STUDIO.

Article 10 – Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
